LAUNCHING A CONSULTANCY

Livingstone Consulting are a team of engineering consultants and designers, specialising in the built environment and food retail. Their work is driven by an acute awareness of the rising and more urbanised global population and the demand that this is placing on environmental sustainability.

NEED

AB Group, an established engineering consultancy within ‘HVAC’ had a challenge. They wanted to branch out into high level consultancy in all market sectors with a focus on sustainability. Their existing clients although corporate saw them as a delivery business not a consultancy. They came to Clockwise for advice.

RESPONSE

Clockwise researched other consultancies within the space and produced a full analysis of potential clients. Looking at the business model, Clockwise consulted with the Directors to develop a value proposition for the new consultancy. Clockwise worked with the Directors on the sales targets for the new business in order to produced a working Marketing Strategy following through with a budgeted Marketing Plan to drive inbound leads.
