SOLVING ENGINEERING CHALLENGES WITH EBENI
Ebeni is a well-established company who have been working in the field for many years. They approached us for a marketing strategy with the aim of looking at their marketing function within the business as they felt that their marketing was lacking and identified the need to ramp up their marketing to increase sales.
OVERVIEW
Ebeni is a well-established engineering company that has been working in the field for many years. To reach their full potential they were looking for a marketing agency to help with the marketing aspects of the company. Clockwise Marketing took on this challenge. We were able to recognise areas that were lacking the ‘marketing touch’ and come up with solutions to fix them and then collaborate for future projects.
APPROACH
Clockwise worked closely with the directors and heads of each business unit to understand their needs. We sent a questionnaire to each business unit before starting on the strategy which asked questions about their key goals and objectives for Ebeni. Once we had collated the responses, we started on their marketing strategy.
Within this strategy we covered:

- Objectives (including ‘what’, ‘how’ and ‘why’ and current and recommended message)

- Lead Life-Cycle Marketing Model
- Business Units Breakdown

- Recruitment
The strategy recommendations were to fix the current position, develop a marketing function for ongoing comms and Develop sales & Marketing for new markets and customers.
Using this recommendation, we started designing a new website as well as an ongoing marketing plan. The website was designed and launched successfully. Once the website was built and launched, we then began all marketing activities to increase brand awareness and drive more leads.
Our marketing plan consisted of :

- Case study development and design
- Collateral development and design
- Thought leadership
- Reporting
- Monthly meetings to ensure we stay aligned.
This marketing plan is still in place.
RESULTS
Within the first month of the website launching, we increased web traffic by 463%, since then we have continuously seen an increase in these numbers with each month seeing an average increase of 200% and over 80 conversions.
