Revitalising EBI: Strategic Rebranding and Cutting-Edge Website Development

EBI, a dynamic US-based consulting firm, is dedicated to empowering investors, lenders, owners, developers, contractors, and property managers to mitigate risks and optimise their facilities for maximum economic, safety, and environmental value. After nearly three decades in the property consulting industry, EBI made the strategic decision to embark on an exciting rebranding journey that would reflect their expertise and position them as a leader in the consulting world. Not only were they seeking a fresh new identity, but they also envisioned a cutting-edge website to complement their revitalised image. This is where our expertise came into play, as we partnered with EBI to bring their vision to life and meet their evolving needs.

OVERVIEW

As part of EBI’s rebranding initiative and website redesign, we embarked on several projects to improve their online presence. We built out EBI as a refreshed modern brand, with a new logo, brand colours and typography, EBI Consulting had a new look and feel.

Simultaneously, we set out to build a robust modern website that would not only visually appeal to visitors but efficiently serve their needs. The website spans over 220 pages and is supported by an integrated backend system that seamlessly connects with HubSpot. Working alongside EBI’s marketing and sales team to perfect the industry pages and bring the sales team vision to life when it came to their selling points.

First and foremost, alongside the website and rebrand, we developed and released their newly introduced Regulation Bulletin in April. Post-launch, we reported on the website and bulletin’s outcomes and maintained the momentum to ensure their continued success. The Regulation Bulletin and website were launched in tandem, marking a significant milestone in EBI’s rebranding efforts.

APPROACH

We had to start with getting the new brand look and feel right. Working with three graphic designers to build out the new EBI brand, we got an array of strong colours, fonts and a logo design that was more modern and better suited for the brand. Then we moved onto building out the brand book followed by brand assets for social media and internal use. Once all marketing collateral was completed, we began working on the website initial design and layout. Using Figma to our advantage, we got the initial pages designed keeping in mind the user experience. Once all designs were approved we moved onto the build of the site which took place in Divi as part of WordPress. We incorporated captivating animated features that enhance user engagement and appeal. Having worked alongside the sales team, they wanted an integrated service offering on the website pages and we managed to use an accordion to get these offerings across with over 13 services offered. After completion of all the pages we went in to build out the SEO on the website and focus on improving the website’s health. We improved the site’s health by 29%. This website build took us 4 months from start to completion. A major part of EBI’s new journey was the launch of their Regulation Bulletin which needed to be on the website with an option for a gated download. We created a comprehensive ten-page regulations bulletin, which could be utilised as individual PDF files or as one cohesive document. In addition, we designed a bulletin subscriber landing page that was integrated with HubSpot to ensure seamless user engagement. To promote the launch of both the bulletin and website and to build awareness, we leveraged social media and paid advertising for broad outreach.

  • A full rebrand and new website build within 4 months from first engagement to launch. 
  • Increased website leads by 158.33% in the first month after the launch of the new site.
  • We increased the website traffic by 398.54% in the first month after the launch.
  • Increased organic website traffic by 42%.
  • EBI’s bounce rate has dropped by over 40% with the new website
  • Gained 172 followers post-launch in the first month on LinkedIn.
