OUR
IMPACT

Our non-negotiables

We believe marketing should be done properly, with integrity, respect and long-term thinking at its core. As a certified B Corp, we hold ourselves accountable to our clients, our community, our industry and the planet.

These principles guide how we work, who we work with, and the impact we aim to create.

Truthfulness, Transparency and Honesty

Respect for Consumer Privacy

Anti-Discrimination

Fair Pricing and Fair Wages

Paying Suppliers on Time

Environmental Accountability

Community Support and Development

We’re a Certified B-Corp Agency

And we take that seriously.

Clockwise Marketing and our sustainability arm, 4Change are proud to be certified B Corps, a reflection of our commitment to doing business responsibly, not just profitably. Becoming a B Corp wasn’t about chasing a badge. It challenged us to look at how we operate: how we treat our people, pay our suppliers, reduce our environmental impact and support our local communities. It helped us improve, not just measure.

The B Corp movement isn’t perfect, but it’s a framework we believe in. One that holds us accountable, and aligns with our belief that marketing should be honest, ethical and useful.

We don’t like greenwashing, we don’t mislead and we don’t work with brands that compromise on people, planet or purpose.

Industries we don’t work with

We’re proud to work with businesses that care about people, progress and the world they operate in. Doing good work means making intentional choices, and that includes saying no when values don’t align.

To help build a fairer, more responsible industry, we choose not to work with clients in the following sectors:

Tobacco & Nicotine

Due to the health risks associated with tobacco and Nicotine consumption.

Oil & Gas

Fossil fuel or finite energy companies.

Gambling & Betting

Industries that may lead to addiction and financial harm.

Firearms & Weapons

Adult Entertainment

Businesses that function through pornographic services or products.

Unregulated Supplements & Pharmaceuticals

Companies promoting unregulated or potentially harmful health supplements and pharmaceuticals.

Unethical Finance

Businesses involved in predatory lending, exploitative financial practices, or fraudulent investment schemes.

Exploitative Labour Practices

Violation of workers’ rights and unfair treatment of employees.

Zoos & Animal Parks

Organisations or parks holding caged animals.
